Privacy
RedSlipper LLC respects your privacy. This page describes what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Plain language first; the formal version follows.

In plain language
We collect as little as possible. We don't use third-party tracking. We don't sell anything to anyone.
Specifically:
- If you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email, organisation, an optional category, and your message. We also record the IP address of the submission and run an anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) to prevent spam. We use those fields to reply to you and prepare for a conversation. We process them using a small set of service providers acting on our behalf — Resend (which delivers the email), Cloudflare (anti-bot and rate-limiting), and Google Workspace (where the message lands in our inbox). We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
- If you book a consultation through our embedded Cal.com scheduler, Cal.com collects what's needed to schedule the call — your name, email, and any context you provide. Cal.com acts as our service provider under a signed data-processing agreement, handling that booking information on our behalf.
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't track individual visitors. We see aggregate traffic patterns; we don't see who you are.
- Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) maintains server logs for security and operational purposes. These include IP addresses and request metadata, retained per Cloudflare's standard policies.
- We don't use cookies for tracking, and we don't use Google Analytics or advertising pixels. The only cookies are functional ones set by the embedded Cal.com booking widget.
How long we keep things
Contact form submissions: retained as long as the conversation is active, plus a reasonable archival period (typically two years) for record-keeping. Earlier deletion on request.
Booking records: per Cal.com's retention; we keep our own confirmation emails for the same archival period as contact submissions.
Analytics data: aggregate only; no individual retention.
Your rights
You can email [email protected] at any time to:
- Request a copy of any information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion (we'll honour this within thirty days unless we have a legal obligation to retain something specific)
- Ask any other question about how your information is handled
Children
RedSlipper's services are aimed at businesses and operations. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the 'Last updated' date and, where reasonable, notify previous correspondents.
